License:
When making a purchase from SilverFox Studios, you are purchasing downloadable materials, not actual items that will be sent to you. Additionally, each product that you purchase comes with a Terms of Use statement (TOU) developed for that specific product. You are responsible for adhering to the Terms of Use (TOU) outlined for each individual product. We retain and reserve the right to modify, update and change the Terms of Use (TOU) for all digital designs/products at any time with or without notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for updates and changes to the Terms of Use (TOU).

As in the case of software, the individual product license is non-transferable and is held by the original purchaser of the product only. You may not redistribute or share the product files with one, a few, dozens, hundreds or thousands of other people through file-sharing groups and thereby deprive the original owner/creator of the product of the rightful profit of their labor.

Limitation of Liability:
SilverFox Studios shall not be responsible under any circumstances for any loss or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products provided. SilverFox Studios will make every effort to supply files that are in excellent working order under standard practices, but is not responsible in any way for end-user use and abilities. If there are problems incurred, please notify silverfoxstudios@startiste.com and every effort will be made within reason to help rectify the problem that you may have in regards to the purchased product.

Return Policy:
Digital software products cannot be returned for a refund unless the product proves to have permanent errors or bugs which make it unusable in the case that the original file had permanent errors or bugs before you downloaded it. Should you experience a problem with any purchased digital product, SilverFox Studios offers support services to assist with any technical issues, within reason. There are no refunds on any products that have been downloaded, installed, or emailed to you.

Copyright Policy:
All copyrights to products within this site are retained by the original creator. All graphic images are copyrighted to the original creator with all rights reserved. It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. Accessing the images and text provided within said products does not give one the right to use them without the permission of the Copyright owner. All materials created by the Designer, including but not limited to images and text, are protected by copyright under United States copyright laws, international conventions, as well as additional copyright laws.
